How to take care of your products for long-lasting enjoyment?

For items made of Silk Fabrics (Silk pillowcase/sham, Silk accessaries, etc.) or Machine Washable Silk Blankets

To properly care for your silk-fabric products, we recommend the following steps:

• Zip up the zipper if any
• Place the silk item in a laundry bag designed for delicates.
• Use a pH neutral liquid detergent or regular shampoo, as silk shares similar protein composition with your hair.
• Avoid using stain removers, bleach, harsh laundry powder, or strong chemicals that can damage the silk fabric.
• Wash the silk item with similar colors and materials, and avoid washing it with items that have zippers or hooks.
• Select the "delicates" cycle on your washing machine, keeping the water temperature below 86°F (30°C).
• After washing, line dry the silk item in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Alternatively, you can use the "delicates" mode in your dryer and promptly remove the item once dry.
• For tough stains, consider pre-soaking the silk item using denture tablets, which can effectively remove stains.
• If needed, you can iron or steam the silk item using low heat or the silk setting on your iron.

Dry clean or hand wash only. Avoid machine washing. If you choose to hand wash, place the item flat to dry to prevent any potential color transfer from navy blue dye to the cream color.

To keep your Silk-filled Duvet Insert and Pillow Insert in optimal condition, regular cleaning is typically not necessary under normal usage. However, if cleaning becomes necessary, sunlight is a traditional and safe method for refreshing silk-filled duvets/pillows. It is recommended to expose the duvet to direct sunlight for a maximum of 1 hour. Please ensure to avoid excessive heat during the cleaning process.

• Utilize duvet covers and pillow covers to provide protection.
• For cleaning, opt for dry cleaning, gentle hand washing, or spot cleaning.
• Allow the products to air dry in indirect sunlight.
• Avoid using bleach or ironing.
• Refrain from wringing or tumble drying.
• When storing a folded mulberry silk quilt, avoid placing heavy objects on top.
• Do not vacuum store the products as it may diminish their softness after compression.

For 100% Cotton Bedding Products

• Close the zipper if any.
• Machine wash in cold or warm water.
